2008 Board Meeting Schedule |

The Meetings will be Jan 15, Mar 18, May 20, Jul 22, Sep 16, Nov 18. Therefore, the next meeting will be on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at the Pflugerville Justice Center, 1611 E. Pfennig Lane from 7:00pm to 9:00pm The next Annual Meeting is scheduled for Dec. 3 2008 at 7:00pm in the Pflugerville Justice Center courtroom. |

Board Meeting |
| The first Board meeting will be on January 15, 2008 at 7:00pm at the Pflugerville Justic Center. Please call Jack Baker for more information. |

Annual Board Meeting 2008 |
|
The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for December 6th at the Pflugerville Justice Center Court Room. A notice from our HOA Manager should go out in the mail to all the owners by Thanksgiving. In the notice, there will be a proxy voting form for you to use in case you can't attend the meeting. At least two HOA Board of Directors position will need to be filled for the next three years. One current member is moving out of the area. If you are interested in putting your name in the hat for the position, please let Paul Clutts or Jack Baker know as soon as possible. To be eligible to be a Board member, a home owner must not owe the HOA any money for fines, late fees, etc. If you have any questions before the meeting or would like to discuss anything, please let Paul Clutts know.
