Association Assessments are $70 (effective Jan. 1, 2010) paid quarterly or $280 for the year.
The fee is due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
A late fee of $15 will be assessed 15 days after the due date
if the payment has not been received.

Alternatively, you can pay your dues online at the Community Association Management Website.
There is an additional initial fee of $9.95 for online payments, with a recurring charge of $2.00 for each withdrawl with automatic payments.
This is cheaper than the late fee though.
Late fees will be assessed if payments are not
received by the due date. Waivers may be considered
with a written request to the Management Office.
The Springbrook Glen Homeowners Association uses the
money to meet its day-to-day financial obligations
such as electricity for street lights;
landscaping, maintenance, and utilities for the park
and other common areas; management and accounting
costs; insurance expenses; non-collections-related
legal fees; newsletter printing, postage; annual
meeting expenses; rules enforcement expenses; reserve
fund obligations; and other expenses. These activities
and amenities support and maintain the property value of every homeowner.
