Owners may login to access the portal. There you will find HOA documents, an owner directory, access to make payments and view payment history. 


Established in 2000, Springbrook Glen is a premier 325 home subdivision located in northern Travis County Texas in the city of Pflugerville at the corner of Grand Avenue Parkway and Pflugerville Parkway. We are conveniently located near Dell, SH 45, FM 685, Louis Henna, and SH 130. Residents of Springbrook Glen enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and convenient shopping.

Pflugerville’s Stage 1 Drought restrictions have been in effect since March 2023, limiting outdoor irrigation to one day per week before 8 am or after 7 pm. Irrigation from 8 am to 7 pm is prohibited every day for all customers.
Thank you for doing your part to help conserve our community’s water supply!
Residential customers may use their irrigation system on their scheduled weekday. Customer’s designated day is based on the last digit of their address:

  • Monday: 0 or 1
  • Tuesday: 2 or 3
  • Wednesday: 4 or 5
  • Thursday: 6 or 7
  • Friday: 8 or 9
