Email Communication


The Association will be sending out more and more communications via email, including notices of certain board meetings, and other important communications. Per state law, any owner wishing to receive email communications from the Association must keep the owner’s current email address registered with the Association.


The portal registration defaults to one member of the household.  If you wish to add members to receive notifications through this portal, you should Request Login for those additional members.  This will ensure that they receive the email bulletin blasts.


The available ways to register and update your email address with the Association are as follows:


(1) Through the Association’s managing agent’s fax (512-288-2389),
(2) Through email to the Association’s managing agent at admin@camanagers.com.


Any fax or email registering or updating an email address must include a request to register or update an email address and be solely for the purpose of registering or updating an email address (for example, an email address included in an architectural submission, or printed on a check, is not sufficient).
